Welcome to my Pop Meditation site!
My name is Maxime Chenu,
I am a Music Therapist and Art Therapist.
I am happy to present to you the Pop Meditations that I have created for you. This project is intimately part of who I am and combines my love of music with meditation.
My background and my passion for vibrational therapies
Certified sound therapist and massage therapist trained at the International School of Spa, I specialize in non-invasive body approaches integrating the vibrations of Tibetan bowls and sound frequencies .
My expertise in sound and vibration massage
My goal is to offer innovative and profound treatments that rebalance the body, soothe the nervous system and stimulate natural regeneration processes.
Massage with Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks
My clothed vibrational massage with Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks immerses you in a state of deep relaxation. These sound treatments are designed to gently release tension and harmonize the body.
Anti-aging facial massage with vibrations
I have developed a unique expertise with vibratory anti-aging facial massage , an innovative approach that uses micro-vibrations to tone tissues and provide a natural facelift, stimulating skin regeneration processes.
A certified approach and dual experience
My expertise is based on demanding certification training:
Wellness and beauty massage – Graduate of the International Spa School (Paris)
Sound therapy – Tibetan singing bowls, overtone singing and tuning forks
Art therapy (RNCP title) – INECAT & DEA in Art History (Paris I Sorbonne)
For over ten years , I have combined two complementary worlds: wellness (in a spa) and therapeutic care (in hospitals and nursing homes). This dual role has shaped my approach, which is both sensory and psychological, centered on a subtle listening to the body and emotions. This unique experience makes me a seasoned practitioner of vibrational therapies.
Sound Yoga: an immersive collective experience
In addition to individual treatments, I offer Sound Yoga workshops in Paris. These group sessions are an invitation to explore the power of vibrations through singing and Tibetan singing bowls , for deep and shared relaxation.
